On behalf of our client, a leading company in the field of renewable energies, we are looking for a Tax Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg to start as soon as possible.
YOUR TASKS:
Preparation of tax calculations and declarations as well as coordination with tax authorities.
Calculation of deferred taxes (IFRS) and management of the consolidated financial statements.
Support with national and international tax audits.
Advice on tax issues (income tax, value added tax).
Supervision of M&A projects including tax due diligence and post-merger integration.
Implementation of tax law changes.
Ideally: Supervision of transfer prices and documentation
YOUR PROFILE:
Successful completion of the tax consultant exam or comparable professional experience in a tax consulting firm or an international company
Sound knowledge of German income and corporate tax law as well as international tax law
Very good written and spoken English skills
Proactive approach to tax issues and flexibility towards changing areas of responsibility
Interest in economic contexts and the company's business model with the aim of contributing to the targeted growth.
