In your role as a dedicated Finance Consultant with us, you will support our clients from the fields of tax consulting and auditing throughout Germany in their search for suitable employees and play an active role in the acquisition and support of new candidates.
YOUR TASKS:
You approach the most exciting candidates from our network and convince them for a successful collaboration
You advise your candidates on the right job selection and guide them through the application process
You coordinate interview appointments for your candidates and clients and proactively obtain feedback from both sides
You are a sparring partner for your candidates and clients and are always there until the contract is signed
You are the independent contact person for our customers and regularly discuss personnel requirements.
YOUR PROFILE:
You have initial experience in sales and/or have completed a comparable course of study or training
Mindset is everything: you've got what it takes and success is your biggest motivator
You have stamina and believe that "standing still is a step backwards"
