Above-average performance in the German legal market

Osborne Clarke Germany recorded revenue growth of 17% to EUR 93.5 million in 2024, significantly outperforming the market. With 270 fee earners, turnover per professional (UBT) exceeded EUR 400,000 for the first time - a new record level for the German office.

Global growth momentum with a regional focus

Global Group revenue increased by four percent to EUR 547.5 million in the 2024/2025 financial year, or by as much as eleven percent when adjusted for calendar year effects. This development underlines the successful geographical diversification strategy of the international commercial law firm.

Strategic partnership expansion

The German equity partnership expanded with seven appointments in 15 months: four promotions at the beginning of 2024, three more at the beginning of 2025. In addition, new external hires strengthened the partner network. Dr. Martin Geipel moved from Noerr, Dr. Florian Reiling from Clifford Chance. With Dr. Lisa Hamelmann, the firm is establishing a central Legal Project Management unit - a strategic positioning for the growing demand for structured mandate handling.
