Eight Advisory is expanding its management team with an experienced M&A expert to meet the increasingly complex market dynamics in the transaction environment.

Strategic personnel movement in the financial advisory sector

The advisory firm Eight Advisory has strengthened its partner network with an important new addition to its transaction advisory team. Kay Wüste, a proven financial expert with more than two decades of industry experience, has been a partner at the Frankfurt office since the beginning of April 2025.

Eric Demuyt, leading partner of the consulting firm, sees the personnel decision as a direct response to market developments: "The increasingly volatile environment is significantly increasing the risk dimension of corporate transactions. This increases the demand for structured support in complex acquisition and disposal processes.

Transfer of expertise between consulting firms

The financial expert is moving from the management consultancy Accuracy, where he was most recently responsible for the German activities as managing partner, after twelve years of service. His work focuses on comprehensive financial due diligence advice and the drafting of company purchase agreements.

The transaction specialist began his career in the early 2000s at EY, where he advised both large corporations and financial investors on valuation issues, complex carve-out scenarios and international takeover processes.

With this strategic strengthening, Eight Advisory is positioning itself more specifically in the growing market for independent transaction advice between the traditional big four firms and specialized boutiques.
